The minutes unknowingly melt away as you take in the cerulean blue waters and coastal silhouettes from our fitness center. The views from the health center are some of the best views available anywhere on the property and we have purposely arranged the equipment in such a way that you cannot escape the mesmerizing motion of the ocean when you are in the midst of your workout!
The fitness center offers an array of aerobic, stretching and weight training equipment as well as challenging stairclimbing machines and rowing machines and is open daily from 7AM to 8PM.

Inhale the crisp morning ocean air and work on your breathing, move through a series of postures and poses. Let the Yen and Yang of the rock outcroppings that sit proud of Point Lobos’ China Cove inspire your Yoga session as the mornings golden glow unfolds before your eyes.

For a definitive schedule of activities during your visit please check the Schedule of Activities placed in your room by your bedside. We typically have these yoga sessions every other day starting at 8 AM and ending at 8:45 AM.

As much as we golfers love our golf clubs, it is often a hassle to lug them along on our “lugsury” vacation. We keep an ample number of high-quality complimentary golf sets available at Seven Coves for those of you that only want to lug your golf shoes around. We also recommend and offer advanced booking on the golf course of your choice, and we are often quite successful at this given our local contacts. Additionally, you might make note of the fact that we often organize, for groups of intermediate to advanced golfers, some high-quality golf instruction packages with both renowned national and leading local golf instructors who typically make themselves available not only on the practice tee, but also when desired, for on the golf course playing lessons.
We want your golf days to be hassle free so we also provide our house automobiles to shuttle guest to Pebble Beach Golf Links, Spyglass Hill Golf Course, Cypress Point Club, The Links at Spanish Bay, Monterey Peninsula Golf Club, and other courses located in the Carmel Valley. To calibrate, Pebble Beach Lodge is only approximately a 15 minute drive from Seven Coves.
